SERVICE CHARGES

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

60 Minutes - $250

For new patients who have never been to Sound Mynd. It includes a complete psychiatric evaluation not limited to assessment, diagnosis and a discussion of treatment needs and options. 

Follow-Up & Medication Management

20-30 Minutes - $50-$125

For our established patients includes ongoing revaluation, and assessment of the effects of treatment options or needed adjustments as needed.

Cancellation Policy

For new patient appointments, we will require a credit card on file. You may cancel up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment and receive a full refund. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or do not show up, you will be charged 50% of original appointment fees. 

We provide a superbill (a receipt of services) that may be used for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance
